Contact us
Got an idea for a question, found a bug, or want to tell us how the game went with your class or team? Send us a message and it goes straight to our inbox.
Thanks, your message is on its way. We read every one.

What to expect
This or That Games is made by Lora Studios, a small independent studio, so your message goes to the people who make the game, not a support desk. If you'd like a reply, double-check your email address before you send.
Before you write
- Question ideas are welcome. Send both options and tell us which page they're for. Ideas for the kids pages need to be kid-safe, and ideas for the work page need to be work-safe.
- Reporting a bug? Tell us the device and browser you were using (for example, a Chromebook with Chrome or an iPhone with Safari), which page you were on, and what happened. That helps us track it down.
- Quick answers: the game is free, there's nothing to install, and nobody needs an account. The most common questions are answered at the bottom of each game page, starting with the main game.
